Over two days, 190 employees were sworn into the new guidelines and workflows of the departments.
The guests were guided to their workshops and breaks with programmed, time-controlled LED ribbons.

Management Board members and keynote speakers from the Digital and Leadership divisions showed ways in which change management can also function in the traditional areas of the Group.
